My recent days haven’t been spent gaming and writing about. :|

I’ve been playing Curious Village for the Nintendo DS and it’s fabulous!  I should have a review for it by this week.   I’ll put a link up to it as soon as it gets published.

This is one of the best songs I’ve heard in a long time.  Mostly because Richard Lewis, who’s singing it, has such a great voice.

The Woes of a Writer

Let me be the first to tell you that the life of a freelance writer is not a glamorous one.  I’m literally broke all the time, and the money that I do get needs to go to bills/surviving.  The same can be said for freelance anything, actually.  If you’re one of the many people out there who are deciding to go this route, then all I can say to you is “get a job!”

Luckily, I have the experience needed to get a decently waged job to support me, but it seems that it’s much more difficult to find a job these days.  Soon, my friends, soon!

Apparently, the entire whole of the World’s Postal Service hates me.  If it isn’t USPS not giving my packages, it’s Hong Kong Post not sending them out.  Sometimes I think I’d get my stuff much faster if I’d just walk there.

The obligatory first entry!

Previously, I blogged on LiveJournal.com, but she proved to be a cruel woman and a boring one at that.  I was in dire need for a change, so I made a decision to bring my life to WordPress.com.  I still keep my LiveJournal open for those who will happen upon it and perhaps find something interesting that they could possibly tell their children about, but I will not be posting there again.
